    Owner, admin, pathologist, technician, receptionist, accountant and collection-centre roles, or your own. Each person sees and does only what their role allows.

  • Laboratory isolation

    Every lab works in its own workspace. Access is checked on the server for every request, down to the branch and collection centre a person belongs to.

  • Traceable activity

    Sign-ins, registrations, payments, approvals and setting changes are written to an activity log that cannot be edited or deleted.

  • Controlled reporting

    Reports are released only after approval. The person who entered a result can't approve it by default, and every amendment keeps the previous version.

  • Auditable finances

    Payments, refunds and ledger entries are append-only. Refunds and post-billing discounts record who, when and why.

  • Verification without exposure

    Report QR codes use unguessable links, so anyone holding the report can confirm it is authentic without browsing other records.
